1.2. Initiating a Return :- To initiate a return, please contact the vendor directly within 7 days of receiving your order. Vendors may have their own return policies, so please review the vendor’s return policy before initiating a return.

 

1.3. Return Shipping  :-  Unless the return is due to an error on the part of the vendor or DealsKaart, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please follow the vendor’s instructions for returning the item.

2.1. Refund Eligibility :- Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are subject to the vendor’s refund policy and may be issued in the form of store credit, exchange, or original payment method, as determined by the vendor.

 

2.2. Refund Processing Time :-  Refunds may take 15 days to process, depending on the vendor’s processing time and your payment method. DealsKaart is not responsible for refund processing times.

3.1. Exchanges :- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact the vendor directly to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to the vendor’s exchange policy.

4.1. Damaged or Defective Items  :-  If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact the vendor immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
