Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact DealsKaart customer support through the App, Website or by email at dealskaart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

 Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs.


Refunds will be Applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions This Refund and Return Policy does not Apply to items sold by third-party sellers on the DealsKaart platform. Please refer to the return policy of the individual seller for those items.
